- Monitor Distributor & Franchisee appointment as per policy
- Ensure adherence to defined agreement by Trade partners
- Implement credit policy to control Receivable and outstanding
- Evaluate and monitor Trade Schemes and Employee incentives.

- Graduate or Postgraduate with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in commercial management
- Business acumen with commercial prudence
- Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
