    Key Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Management & Optimization:
    • Plan and execute growth-driven campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and other relevant portals to drive engagement and conversions.
    • Use metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and average order value to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
    • Continuously review campaign performance and implement data-backed strategies to enhance effectiveness.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights that inform marketing decisions.
    • Generate detailed performance reports that recommend data-driven optimizations.
    • Creative Strategy:
    • Develop and test creative content and audience strategies to drive engagement and conversions across various platforms.
    • Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely implementation of campaign creatives and materials.
    • Create compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
    • Testing & Continuous Improvement:
    • Conduct A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and messaging to refine marketing strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and platform updates to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
