    Overview:

    The Sr.Executive HR (Compensation & Benefits) plays a crucial rolein the Human Resource department focusing on the strategic designimplementation communication and administration of variouscompensation and benefits programs. This role holds significantimportance in ensuring the organizations competitiveness inattracting and retaining top talent while maintainingcosteffectiveness.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Design andimplement compensation and benefits policies ensuring alignmentwith organizational objectives and compliance withregulations.
    • Analyze compensation data todetermine competitive compensation levels and conduct benchmarkingstudies.
    • Administer employee benefits programsincluding health wellness and retirement plans overseeing vendorrelations and plan renewals.
    • Developcommunication strategies to educate employees on compensation andbenefits programs including total rewardsstatements.
    • Conduct salary surveys and marketresearch to assess the organizations competitive position and makerecommendations for adjustments asneeded.
    • Manage the annual performance reviewprocess merit increase and bonus programs collaborating withleadership and managers.
    • Ensure accurate andtimely processing of payroll reviewing and approving changes andconducting regular audits.
    • Provide expertise injob evaluation analyzing job descriptions and determiningappropriate salary ranges.
    • Coordinate withexternal consultants on executive compensation matters and equityprograms.
    • Participate in the development andadministration of employee recognition programs and incentiveplans.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
    • 5 years of progressive experience incompensation and benefitsadministration.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of HRprinciples compensation structures and benefitsregulations.
    • Expertise in data analysis andproficiency in HRIS and MS Office especiallyExcel.
    • Strong understanding of market trendsand best practices in compensation andbenefits.
    • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills with the ability to interact with employees atall levels.
    • Certification in Compensation orBenefits (e.g. CCP CBP) is highlydesirable.
    • Proven ability to manage multipleprojects and prioritize effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Understanding of payroll processesand practices including tax implications and compliancerequirements.
    • High level of integrity andability to handle sensitive and confidential information withdiscretion.
