    Description

    We are seeking a motivated and ethical School Outreach Coordinator/B2B Sales specialist to facilitate partnerships with educational institutions for the promotion of our child behavior/psychometric testing service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health advocacy and committed to ethical marketing practices.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and Establish Partnerships: Research and identify appropriate schools and educational institutions for potential partnerships. Reach out to school administrators or executives to initiate discussions about our services.
    • Present Services: Present Here to Care's child behavior/psychometric testing service to school executives, emphasizing the benefits and ethical considerations. Provide clear information about the purpose of the service and how it aligns with the school's goals for student well-being.
    • Negotiate and Close Deals: Collaborate with school representatives to negotiate terms of partnership, including pricing and enrolment procedures. Ensure that all agreements adhere to ethical standards and prioritise the well-being and consent of students and their families.
    • Coordinate Enrolment: Work with school administrators to facilitate the enrollment of students into the psychometric testing service. Ensure that all enrollment processes are transparent, voluntary, and respectful of parental consent.
    • Provide Support and Education: Offer resources and support to schools, parents, and students to enhance understanding of the testing process and its potential benefits. Address any questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
    • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or outreach roles, preferably in the education or mental health sector
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ethical mindset with a commitment to promoting mental health and well-being
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of child development and educational systems is a plus
