Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer to join our international project in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have +8 years of experience in designing and developing MS Dynamics, Power Platform based solutions.

About the Role

• Configure and set up Service desk/Business unit for new/existing projects
• Create custom configurations using form editor, business rules, workflows, PowerApps and Power Automate
• Develop enhanced customizations using Plugins, Custom Workflows, jQuery, JavaScript, XRM controls, UCI framework
• Design and create dashboards and reports using standard OOB feature or Power BI
• Built Custom Application using PowerApps
• Configure queues and routing rules like skill, content area, agent availability for auto triaging
• Built multiple channel capabilities like Email, Web, portal, etc.
• Built Self Service/Custom Portal with knowledge management capabilities
• Built Integrations with ESB Service, Flat files, and other internal applications
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing and fix defects and issues
• Support and maintain the production environment
• Analyze and document the impact of any new change request or fix requested by business users

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree
• Well-versed with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Service Hub, Knowledge Management, Self Service Portal, Reports & Dashboards using Power BI/SSRS, Power Automate and Power Apps
• +8 years of relevant experience in design and development of MS Dynamics, Power Platform based solutions
• Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Experience in designing, developing and implementing business processes, plugins and workflows
• Strong hand on experience in developing Dynamics Self-service Portals and Custom portal integrating multiple Dynamics instance
• Experience in software development using Microsoft .Net, C#, JSON and jQuery
