    Role/ Job Title: Associate Relationship Manager - Corporate Liability Group

    Function/ Department:Transaction Banking Group

    Job Purpose: -

    Develop a corporate liability strategy for a particular city/region and execute it. Target top clients in the coverage geography and convert them.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Origination of New to Bank (NTBs) accounts and managing (farming) a portfolio of Corporate Liability Group clients sourced by oneself.
    • Originate CMS/Trade Processing/FX transactions from Cash Rich Corporate clients, mainly from Digital First Companies, local IT/ITES firms and MNC subsidiaries. Onboard these clients with a solutions-based approach, developing unique solutions wherever required.
    • Work with founders of well-funded start-ups, mainly online aggregators, e-commerce and fintech firms, to provide cash and trade solutions and onboard them.
    • Build Liquid Asset ORCash, backed Lending (short credit assessment memo)
    • Develop deep relationships with PE/VC funds and Incubators to provide cash and trade solutions to their investee companies. Extend these influencer relationships to renowned law firms & Chartered Accounts as well.
    • Manage relationships with existing clients and increase CA balances, term deposits, CMS/Trade/FX throughputs and maximize revenues from these services. Cross-sell other products of the bank like salary and wealth management to maximize share of wallet.
    • Collaborate with the various Product Sales Managers and the Implementation teams across all Banking products to achieve these objectives.

    Graduation: Any Graduate

    Post Graduation: Any Post Graduate

    Professional Qualification/Certification: Any Professional Degree

    Experience:

    2 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate current account acquisition.
