    Description :
    Priority IDC Private Limited is seeking an IAM Analyst to join their Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. They will be responsible for executing work associated with provisioning and de-provisioning user identities and access to various applications.

    The IAM Analyst will be helping with the onboarding, offboarding and transfers across the enterprise, processing roughly 200 tickets a week while ensuring compliance with agreed upon SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

    They will work with critical and sensitive information on a daily basis, and shall be relied upon to maintain user security safeguards.


    Role & Responsibilities :

    • This position level works on technology and security administration issues of limited scope and complexity.
    • The position requires a basic level systems administration proficiency and analytical capability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
    • In order to be successful, they must have the ability to provide a broad level of support to customers (internal) to identify, help troubleshoot, and resolve user accessrelated issues with the appropriate sense of urgency, and review the work process to identify, and recommend improvements for efficiency and enhanced security in the IAM space.
    • Daily operations work associated with provisioning and deprovisioning of user identities and access to various applications.
    • Timely onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processing of users across the enterprise.
    • Partnering with internal business units to address security and access control operational issues and requirements, including periodic reviews of access control lists for verification of users.
    • Build and maintain proficiency with applicable security and IT systems through a combination of onthejob training, selfpaced coursework, and formal training courses for ongoing professional development.
    • Participate in other security support projects and duties as needed or requested.
