- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar operations management role
- Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is highly preferred

Qualifications and Skills
Experience years in handling overall operations (hands on experience in Manufacturing electronics products, Production, Quality, Stores, Dispatch) of a mid-sized, multi-product manufacturing company. Minimum 5 years experience in SMT manufacturing.
