- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling hygiene and sanitation products to businesses and institutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and market analysis.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and promotional activities.
- Master's degree in business marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hygiene, facility management or Horeca industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing Business development and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation products and services.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Balanced work life with 5 days working (Monday to Friday).
