    Description

    Sales and Business Development:

    • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling hygiene and sanitation products to businesses and institutions.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

    2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

    3. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Provide feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings.

    4. Sales Reporting:

    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and market analysis.
    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system.

    5. Collaboration:

    • Work collaboratively with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and promotional activities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in business marketing or related field.
    • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hygiene, facility management or Horeca industry.
    • Demonstrated success in managing Business development and achieving revenue targets.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation products and services.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
