Description

Candidate shall be BE (Civil) PG inProject/Construction Management will be an added advantage. Shallbe able to handle entire project independently & should havesound technical knowledge & decision making abilities.
Coordination with all stakeholders of project conducting weeklymeetings monitoring progress quality of works. Resolving problemsrelated in coordination with subordinates contractors. Shall haveknowledge of MEP services works & must be able to coordinatewith MEP engineers contractors consultants. Ensuring EHS/qualitycontrol systems at site & its documentation control. Ensuringmaterial quality standards & its testing reports generation.
Must have handled a team of 5 to 10 technical staff. Will beleading team of subordinates like Construction managers QC Engineerplanning engineer junior engineers Safety officers QS/billingengineers supervisors. Get prepare project schedule monitoring& control. Identifying risks involved & assessing same. Dayto day weekly planning ensuring implementation of planning at site.
Should have control on project budget monitoring.

Analysis onperiodic basis for cost & time impact due to design changescheck for changes & verify ensure approval for changes beforeexecution.

Handover of projects to satisfaction.
