    Job Description:

    As the Senior Manager of 2Wheeler Category Operations, you will be responsible for leading the operations of the 2Wheeler category in Delhi NCR. Your primary focus will be to drive profitable business growth while ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and partners on our platform.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Supply Management:
    • Collaborate with the supply lifecycle team to plan for supply requirements.
    • Develop a strategy for inorganic supply addition with a zonal focus, determining the number of onboarding activities required.
    • Create and execute plans to improve lead inflow and activation through city team activities.
    • Ensure compliance with local policies as applicable.
    1. Platform Experience:
    • Ensure the delivery of benchmark fulfillment levels and develop actionable plans to meet targets if necessary.
    • Monitor and enhance SLA adherence, devising strategies for improvement as needed.
    • Conduct regular Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Partner (VOP) exercises to gather qualitative insights into user and partner pain points.
    • Identify key areas for improvement and collaborate closely with the central team to address them effectively.
    1. Business Growth:
    • Monitor and ensure that order growth and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) numbers are on track, tracking metrics such as Monthly Active Users (MAU), acquisitions, and wallet share.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activities, including new features, pricing, discounting, and service quality.
    • Develop quarterly Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities to drive business growth.
    • Proactively identify growth blockers and implement solutions to overcome them.
    1. PnL Management:
    • Meet revenue and profitability targets as per the planned objectives.
    • Identify opportunities to adjust prices to achieve growth while maintaining profitability.
    • Analyze the impact of partner and customer incentive spends, rationalizing expenditures when feasible.
