    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and onboard new value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators (SIs), and other partners across the technology ecosystem.
    • Manage existing partner relationships, fostering trust and collaboration to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
    • Develop and deliver joint marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive partner-generated revenue.
    • Provide ongoing support and enablement to partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to successfully sell our solutions.
    • Analyze partner performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize program effectiveness.

    Requirements:

    • 3-4 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances, preferably in the technology sector.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through successful partner engagement.
    • Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, including VARs, SIs, OEMs, and 3rd party partners.
    • In-depth knowledge of SAP, OpenText, or UiPath solutions (a strong focus on one or all is a plus).
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships and manage partner expectations effectively.
    • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to partner program optimization.
