    As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
    • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the beverage industry and our products and services.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials that support sales efforts.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

    Qualifications And Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage or food industry.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve their goals.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
