    New business sourcing through DSAs & cross selling third party products

    Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

    Business to be sourced from the DSA/DST

    Location Business volumes- Logins / sanctions

    disbursement

    Team recruitment & retention

    Soft collection

    Team Management

    Appointment of channel partners/ DST

    Coordination with credit/Legal/technical

    agencies for smooth functioning

    Team Productivity

    Responsible for third party product penetration

    Core competencies, knowledge and

    experience :

    Graduate/Post Graduate

    Exp: 5-8 years

    Analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills.

    Very good listening skills and verbal

    communication

    Location volumes & profitability

    Key performance indicators :

    Login and Disbursement budgets

    Productivity & Origination quality norms

    Insurance cross sell & file docket quality norms
