    Description
    • Sales/Account Management: 5+ years of sales, account, and relationship management for a solution / in a professional services industry, including managing a portfolio of key accounts.
    • Must possess excellent good client engagement and communication skills, to facilitate meetings, demos, and discovery sessions
    • Identify new clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
    • Prospect and generate quality leads for new clients to ensure a robust pipeline.
    • Drive new client development via market research, cold call prospecting, lead generation and consistent sales activities with a focus on complex sales opportunities
    • Have strong knowledge in H1B Transfer and GC Process.
    • The priority for this role is to add MSP/VMS accounts (business development - 80%), and provide input to the delivery model that works best for specific Clients/MSP's.
    • Management: 3+ years of people management
    • Experience working in a CRM including sales forecasting for your territory.
    • Negotiate and close new business opportunities hitting required sales goals.
    • Have crystal clear professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with clients, partners, vendors, and internal team members alike.
    • Familiarity and know-how about latest IT technology and IT in general, e.g. AWS, cloud services, Full stack Development etc.
