    Duties:
    Define and execute market oriented solution strategies, in order to create business opportunities and increase revenue.

    Identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements and design a solution that can best meet the Clients requirementsCommunicate the business requirements to the project/ implementation team after completion of sale to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages.

    Demonstrate the value of the solution (not just demonstrate the functionality) and build a strong working relationship with both the prospect and the development team.

    Customer and sales focus with the ability to influence prospects.
    Making proposals & offering end to end solutions to meet corporate requirements. (Proposal submission & negotiation, Order Finalization, Order Execution, Payment Follow-up.
    Identifying corporate and establishing excellent relationships with their key personnel.
    Work Closely with Technical, Procurement and logistics departments to timely delivery of material.
    Mapping the clients, cold calling, and identification of leads and conversion of a prospective customer.
    Must have experience in enterprise software sales. Preferred in the network management domain or have software solution sales experience.

    Should have worked as a corporate sales person handling B2B (For Pan India Clients).Should have handled transactions, maintaining and generating corporate accounts.

    Candidates should be working remotely from Kolkata, and those who have worked in the Eastern and North Eastern regions and have good connections with customers and partners in these regions are preferred.


    candidates having experience in NMS / ITSM solutions like SolarWinds / Manage Engine / Metadata etc or experience in selling Software solution sales.
