    Job Description: Delivery Leader (Energy and Utilities Portfolio)

    Location- PAN India

    Role Overview:

    Inviting applications from leaders with >20 years of relevant experience in the E&U portfolio.

    The Delivery Leader will lead and manage a team responsible for delivering complex projects related to energy and utilities. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, relevant technologies, and project management.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Project Delivery:
    • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, business analysts, and stakeholders.
    • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing any roadblocks.
    1. Domain Expertise:
    • Possess strong domain knowledge in energy and utilities.
    • Understand the intricacies of Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS), Distribution Management Systems (DMS), Outage Management Systems (OMS), Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Meter Data Management (MDM), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
    • Familiarity with grid operations, DER management, and outage response is a plus.
    1. Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor project managers, technical leads, and other team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Drive continuous improvement and best practices.
    1. Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and achievements effectively.
    1. Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with ADMS, DMS, OMS, AMI, MDM, and EAM solutions.
    • Ability to evaluate technology options and make informed decisions.
    1. Business Acumen:
    • Understand the business objectives and align project delivery accordingly.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
    • Pre-sales experience is advantageous.
    1. Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business).
    • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the energy and utilities sector.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are advantageous.
