We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior React + Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance user interfaces using React and As a senior developer, you will also play a leadership role by mentoring junior developers and shaping the technical direction of our front-end development process.

Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library
  
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX and API integration
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Proficiency in modern web development tools and workflows (e.g., Git, Webpack, Babel)
  
• Deep understanding of web development best practices including performance optimization and accessibility
