We are Hiring: Technical Lead QA.

About the Role:

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring high performance and growth.
Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and best practices with a strong focus on automation and AI-driven testing.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to integrate AI-powered quality processes.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases.
Ensure robust test coverage for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
Establish a robust, automated, and AI-first testing framework to enable seamless and high-quality product releases.
Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and overall QA health.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and frameworks.
Implement CI/CD pipelines with AI-assisted automated testing frameworks to maintain software quality.
Manage defect tracking and resolution using Jira, TestRail, or similar tools.
Stay updated with emerging QA technologies, AI-driven automation, and industry best practices.

What We are Looking For

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
6+ years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years in a team management role.
Hands-on experience using AI and automation in QA processes and guiding teams in this transition.
Strong expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
Experience with AI-driven testing frameworks and intelligent test automation tools.
Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, or similar).
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript).
Experience with JMeter for performance testing.
