- Execute outreach/outbound campaigns (cold calls & emails) and willing to work in USA hours
- Understanding customers' needs, answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
- Research and maintain the database of prospects - Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers
- Acquire good industry & solution knowledge to overcome objections of prospective customers
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales leads for further development and closure
- Achieving targets as set out by the business
- Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Excellent oral and written communication with good listening skills
- Should have USA calling experience
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
