    Job Description: Industry research analyst / Market Analysis – Project Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities


    • In the Strategic Solutioning & Transformation Unit's Multi Tower Offering Development (MTO) function, a key role awaits an adept professional to serve as the Market Research and Sales Enablement Strategist.


    • This multifaceted position plays a crucial role not only in enhancing our sales enablement capabilities but also in contributing a comprehensive market research perspective to enrich the business value of our multi-tower solution offerings.

    Primary duties encompass, yet are not confined to:


    • Collaborate closely with the offering development squad in SST and respective service lines to comprehend our capabilities and offerings.


    • Conduct thorough market research using various channels to formulate a perspective on emerging trends, market needs, and competition to guide new offering development.


    • Develop business cases and validations for new offerings based on market trends, incorporating Outside-In and Inside-Out views.


    • Partner with marketing teams to translate technical features into compelling business value propositions.


    • Formulate and execute a holistic sales enablement strategy aligned with organizational goals.


    • Craft engaging and informative sales collateral, presentations, and other materials that effectively communicate the value of our services.


    • Ensure sales teams have access to updated and relevant content to bolster their efforts.


    • Design and implement training programs for sales teams to enhance their understanding of technical consulting solutions.


    • Conduct workshops and webinars to disseminate product knowledge, industry trends, and effective sales techniques.


    • Collaborate with service lines, marketing, and sales teams to gather feedback, fostering continuous improvement of sales enablement materials and programs.


    • Establish metrics and KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.


    • Regularly evaluate the impact of training programs on sales performance and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancement.


    • Support TML generation activities for NBD accounts.


    • Contribute to the creation of outreach campaigns to drive NBD.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably with a master's in business or marketing.


    • In-depth understanding of market research tools, techniques, and technical consulting solutions, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.


    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


    • Collaborative work experience in a cross-functional environment, with a preference for those familiar with multiple service lines.


    • 8-12 years of experience in market research and sales enablement or a related role within the IT consulting industry (flexible for internal candidates).


    • Willingness to undertake various tasks as the unit evolves, in addition to those specified.
