Client Servicing Internship - Mumbai, India - Havas Creative

About the internship:
Job Description:You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of digital marketing and client services. You will work closely with our account management team to support the execution of strategic initiatives and campaigns for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized and possesses excellent communication skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist account managers in day-to-day client communications and project management tasks.
2. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform campaign strategies.
3. Collaborate with creative, production, and analytics teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
4. Prepare client presentations, reports, and other deliverables as needed.
5. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize results.
6. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and managing budgets.
Requirements:
1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Should be Creative and good in PPT
4. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and platforms is a plus.
8. Previous internship or relevant experience in account management, marketing, or advertising is desirable but not required.
