Description

As a Support Engineer in International Seller Growth (ISG) Tech team, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our software products.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing and resolving problems, and providing comprehensive support to our customers. You will also work closely with our development team to identify and resolve software bugs and improve product qualityKey job responsibilities

• 4+ years of software development, or 4+ years of technical support experience
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Experience in Unix
• Experience scripting in modern program languages
• Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow
• Experience troubleshooting and documenting findingsWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Hyderabad, TS, IND

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of software development, or 4+ years of technical support experience Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems Experience in Unix Experience scripting in modern program languages

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development
• Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID
• Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON
