    About The Role:

    Fired Heater Engineer will be involved in Oil, Gas & Energy projects such as supply and installation of Fired Heaters, Reformers, Process skids mounted packages, Gas processing Plants, Incineration packages, ....

    Fired Heaters Engineering will be responsible of the global management and development of the works of the different engineering technical disciplines involved in the projects described above such as:


    • Fired Heater internal engineering design


    • Pressure parts of engineering


    • Casting calculation


    • Fired Heater package engineering

    Guarantee the most appropriate internal coordination between engineering technical disciplines (listed above) under his/her responsibility and Projects management department and also with the involved department in the Headquarters of Novargi Industries.

    Coordination of the different technical engineering activities and resources within the projects. These activities are focused on achieving the objectives set by the Projects department, harmonizing the resources available for his/her department to optimize them and their performance. Planning, monitoring and internal control of the activities of the different technical disciplines of engineering, document management, etc. are included.

    Supervise and reviewing the technical validity of the works/technical documents developed by the people of the technical engineering department.

    Collaborate in coordination with the Project Management department in the planning, monitoring and control of engineering technical activities from the point of view of compliance with project planning.

    Planning and management of the necessary resources for the development of engineering technical activities.

    Promoting and participating in engineering technical meetings, both internal and with Clients and Suppliers.

    Control and follow-up of Engineering technical documentation (Customer Requirements, deliverables to Customer and Vendor documentation). Special attention to the critical documentation of the Projects / Purchase orders, such as process engineering basic documentation (P&IDs, PFDs, Narratives, Process Calculations, ...), General Arrangement Drawings (GADs), main datasheets (dsh), layouts, 3d Models, interface documents, ...

    Guaranting the proper management of the approval cycle of the Engineering documents both with the Clients and the Vendors.

    Proper management of the documentation, proprietary ERP systems shall be the base of these tools.

    Guaranting the coherence between engineering documentation and other disciplines documents such as QC documents, ITPs, ...

    Participate in the meetings of the Review, Design and Construction project phases where the technical aspects and progress of the project, from the technical point of view, are reviewed and validated, and follow up on the conclusions.

    Be responsible for managing the preparation and development of the necessary engineering documentation (technical, scope of supply, scope of works, ...) for the procurement process (Material Requisitions (MRQs), technical annexes, Vendor documentation requirements (VDDR documents), ...).

    Manage the technical tabulations of the Technical Offers received from the vendors.

    Manage the technical support to Sales department in the preparation of the technical proposals for the Clients.

    Attend or manage technical visits to inspect the development of manufacturing of the Supplies.

    Report to the Project Manager and the Top Management of the Company of the progress of the technical engineering disciplines works as well as time and time deviations from the established objectives.

    About Your profile:

    • Master or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Bachelor (degree). Preferably Degree in Mechanics, Chemicals, Thermal Processes, Energy.
    • Minimum 8 years experience in similar functions.
    • Expertise as Fired heater Engineering
    • Experience in companies providing engineering services to the Oil and Gas, Chemical, Refining or Petrochemical Industry.
    • At least 8 years of experience as Fired Heater Engineer at site related to industrial plants.
    • Expertise and experience in the applicable software:
    • Cad Software's: AUTOCAD, Solid Works, MS Project, Solid Edge, Naviswork, Radan, SP3D, SPR
    • Analysis Software's: STAAD, CAESAR II, Nastran (FEA)
    • Expertise with ASME / API Codes: Section 1, Section VIII Div 1/ Div 2, API 560, API 530, Pressure Vessel Design (Dennis Moss), IBR. IS 2825, BS 5500.
    • Professional English level.
