    Description de poste :

    Role – Within the Valuation team, Valuation Analyst will assist in valuing a multibillion-dollar block of derivatives and complex securities portfolio, with the opportunity to grow into a significant value-add role as a valuation expert.

  • Basic Maths / Quants knowledge
  • Analytical ability to evaluate data trends and performance
  • Proficient on MS Excel and MS Office
  • Ability to learn fast and replicate the best practices
  • Ability to learn via remote trainings and effectively deliver the same

  • Knowledge of client management / stakeholder management

    • Responsibilities

  • Valuation Operations: Assist in the operations of the Private Fixed Income valuation process, on a daily and monthly basis
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Fixed Income valuation related, operational and production issues
  • Liaison with North American Valuation and possibly other teams (Operations and Accounting) for reporting, troubleshooting data and process issues
  • Consult with various teams on a wide range of Fixed Income, and analytical requests

    • Education and Experience

  • Graduate degree in Engineering, Finance, Math, Computer or Data Science, or any related field of study, Full time MBA (Finance) will be an advantage
  • Around 2 – 4 years of experience in valuation of equity securities. Interest in Financial analysis / investments
  • Sound knowledge of Bloomberg database
  • Nice to have - Matlab / Matlab programming, VBA / python / programming, Database / SQL
  • Big Plus - Knowledge of Fixed Income / Basic derivatives, various Swaps, Bond DCF or Valuation knowledge / experience, Aladdin / Blackrock systems, Finastra-Summit
