    Roles & Responsibilities:

    · Acquisition of Unsecured Loans, Personal Loans, Banking Loan, Home Loan, Loan against Property customers in

    the identified segment.

    · Ensure quality sourcing in line with the NBFC & Bank's policy.

    · Meet and exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing the transaction

    banking needs of the customer.

    · Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.

    · Min. 5+ years' experience in sales & Channel Partner

    · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

    · Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals.

    · Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

    · Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to expand the company's market

    presence.

    · Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to enhance sales

    strategies and offerings.

    · Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

    · Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

    · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

    · Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

    Must Have:

    · At least 4 Years of relevant experience in Enterprise Sales/Corporate Lending/ Mid-Market relationship

    management in leading Banks/NBFCs

    · Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on

    NBFCs.

    · Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.

    · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    · Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

    · Experience in recruiting, training, and managing sales teams.

    · Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

    · Knowledge of financial products such as loans, insurance, and investment options.

    · Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards.

    · Familiarity with digital sales channels and technologies for sales optimization.

    · Willingness to travel as needed.
