    Role Overview:

    As the Assistant Manager for Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our salesprocesses, supporting our sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

    Youwill be responsible for managing a team with quota or revenue targets for our complex digitaladvertising programs. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of relevant experience in salesoperations, preferably within the digital advertising industry.


    Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales operations professionals,providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success inmeeting revenue targets.
    • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize our sales processesto streamline efficiency and effectiveness, from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track key sales metrics,analyze performance trends, and generate actionable insights to drive informeddecision-making.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Development, to align strategiesand ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
    • Sales Enablement: Develop and implement sales enablement programs and tools toequip the sales team with the resources and knowledge necessary to effectively sellour digital advertising solutions.
    • Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in the development of sales forecasts andbudgets, providing input based on historical performance and market trends.
    • Client Relationship Management: Support the sales team in managing clientrelationships, addressing client inquiries or concerns, and ensuring high levels ofcustomer satisfaction.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA orequivalent preferred.
    • 7-12 years of experience in sales operations, with a proven track record of success inmanaging teams with quota or revenue targets.
    • Prior experience in the digital advertising industry is highly preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and makedata-driven recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivelycollaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Proven leadership ability, with experience in coaching and developinghigh-performing teams.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for drivingresults and exceeding goals.
