- Develop front-end web apps
- Perform front-end and back-end performance metrics
- Work alongside the UX designers and the product team to deliver features
- See a project through from conception to finish – end-to-end management
- Mentor/manage a team of Software and Senior Software Engineers
- Provide technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle, from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization, and support
- Define the charter and best practices for the entire web team
- Manage the sprint and release cycles
- Articulate the pros and cons of using a certain technology stack or component or design pattern versus another to the clients and the project team.
- Drive the selection of technologies and designs to come up with the optimal architecture
- Experience in creating highly scalable, flexible, and resilient architectures that address customer and business problems and accelerate the adoption of best practices
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Expertise in Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile, Estimations/Planning
- Proficiency in fundamental frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of React Native is a must.
- Ability to be proactive and the willingness to take ownership in assigned areas
- Potential to work with minimum supervision
