We are currently seeking experienced Cyber Security Trainers on specific skills, to join our team on either a permanent or part-time consultancy basis. As a Cyber Security Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs on various cyber security skillsets, depending on the role for which you would be hired, like SIEM, Wireshark, cloud security, firewall management, VAPT, and more. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in cyber security with hands-on experience ranging from 3 to 8 years, on the skillset which they claim to be as a trainer.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum for their training subject expertise, for example covering topics such as SIEM implementation, Wireshark analysis, cloud security best practices, firewall configuration, and other relevant skillsets, which you would be hired as trainer.

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to individuals or groups, both in-person and virtually, ensuring that participants gain a deep understanding of the subject matter.

Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants, ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Provide guidance and support to trainees, offering practical tips, real-world examples, and troubleshooting assistance to enhance their learning experience.

Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in cyber security, continuously updating training materials and incorporating new content as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted programs to address specific skill gaps or emerging threats.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions, making adjustments as necessary to improve learning outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

3-8 years of hands-on experience in cyber security, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: SIEM, Wireshark, cloud security, firewall management, network security, penetration testing, etc. You can be expert on some OEM specific product also.

Proven experience designing and delivering training programs or workshops in a corporate or academic setting.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Passion for teaching and mentoring others, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Relevant product certifications are a plus.

Flexibility to work either full-time or part-time on a consultancy basis, depending on the needs of the organization and availability of the candidate.
