Key accountabilitiesWork as Assurance Proposals lead with the development of QHSE and Sustainability responses to proposals.
This includes analyzing customer requests, participating in kick-off meetings, developing response plans, and coordinate for QHSE estimation by ensuring on-time delivery of response.
Provide QHSE and Sustainability inputs to Third Party Customer accounts to ensure timely compliance.Lead the maintenance of the library of qualification materials including project descriptions, experience matrices/overviews, safety and quality statistics, capability statements, etc.
Work with operations to capture and develop performance proofs and customer testimonials.Develop customer presentations for Worley account managers to present during customer forums.
Assist with the implementation of assurance, R3 and sustainability programs, campaigns, processes and tools with local offices and their distributed workforce members, and projects, supporting preventive action management processes and corrective actions as required.
