    As an Oracle Inside Sales Representative, you will drive sales of our cloud ERP and Infra services solutions through customer interactions. You will work with prospective clients to understand their business needs and position our solutions effectively in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and online channels.
    • Sales Execution: Drive sales cycles from initial contact to closure, meeting assigned quotas.
    • Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend Oracle's ERP and Infra solutions that address their business challenges.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
    • Collaboration: Work with our field sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop account strategies and drive pipeline growth.
    • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Oracle's product offerings and industry trends.
    • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in software, SaaS, or cloud solutions.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to understand complex IT solutions and explain them in business terms.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho)
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

    We are seeking candidates with expertise in Core Java, Microservices, Angularjs, or Reactjs.
