We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join the the PCS (Private Client Service) in our Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, and Hyderabad offices. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationship with firm leadership and stakeholders
Run client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects on time, within budget, and up to management standards
Prepare tax returns accurately and in compliance with tax laws, ensuring all deductions and credits are optimized. Additionally, review tax returns completed by staff, providing feedback on accuracy and identifying potential savings opportunities
Research and consult on various tax matters, respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries when requested.
Brainstorm new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems Mentor and coach junior team members
Basic qualifications for the opportunity
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent field is required
4+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience
CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent shall be an added advantage
Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts
Experience working with PCS clients 1065, 1120, 1040 and 1120s forms
Skills:
Proficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, GoSystem) and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of international tax regulations is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent client communication.
Ideally, you will also have
Master's Degree in Tax, accounting or equivalent field

Return to Work:
Staff to Manager – 4 days in a week (Monday & Friday is mandatory)
Senior Manager to Director – 5 days in a week (Monday & Friday is mandatory)
