    Description

    As an Operations Manager, you will require to possess a deep understanding of factory operations, optimization in purchase, team leadership, and store maintenance, with the ability to ensure the successful execution of desired work. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and drive the entire workforce, all while striving to achieve our delivery goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategic roadmap for the operations department aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization across all areas of operations, including supply chain management, logistics, manufacturing, and quality control.
    • Oversee and manage all aspects of factory operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production, Packing and Delivery processes.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize lead times.
    • Manage import and export operations, including tasks such as documentation management, customs clearance, and related activities.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
    • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to streamline the supply chain, including inbound and outbound logistics.
    • Coordinate the transportation of products, equipment, and materials.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and distributors to improve delivery schedules and reduce costs by working closely on the purchase optimization.
    • Monitor production schedules and work closely with the Floor Manager and guide him to meet targets and quality standards.
    • Lead and mentor a team of Floor Managers, Supervisors, Floor workers, and other operational staff.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the operations team.
    • Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company stores, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
    • Oversee and ensure the managers coordinate with maintenance personnel to address repairs, renovations, and other facility-related needs.
    • Manage the end-to-end execution of work, from inception to delivery, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, to define project requirements and timelines.
    • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
    • Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
