Job ResponsibilitiesExperience in Cisco products like switches, routers, Access points and firewallsExperience in checkpoint, Palo Alto, cisco ASA & Juniper firewallsWorked on Routing protocols, QOS, HSRPWorked on switching, VTP, STP etc.

Manage tickets & 2nd level supportEnsure the availability and continuity of network services in accordance with our contractual commitments (SLA)Optimize the network performance and ensure adequate capacity planningPerform regular assessment and tuning for the services & sites under his responsibility

Primary Skill Set:
Advance Routing ProtocolsWAN TechnologiesNetwork LAN TechnologiesNetwork Security, Monitoring, System Installation and Upgrades

Experience:
Experienced in Networking, mainly Switching, Routing, Firewall and Security

Soft Skills:
Communication Skills (Speak, Read, Write)player, Self-Starter and resourceful& problem-solving skillsto Continually LearnPlayer & People Management Skills

Education:
Graduate, preferably from IT backgroundCCNA/CCNP Certified
