    The DWS Technology Change the Bank Governance team is responsible to ensure a regulatory compliant delivery of the Technology Project Portfolio within agreed parameters. Working in partnership with Programme Managers, Project Managers and PMO Teams, we ensure (agnostic of the delivery method) the timeliness, correctness and completeness of project management data, the adequate management of project and programme delivery within agreed parameters and the fulfilment of pre-agreed business outcome (return of investment).

The DWS Technology Global Change the Bank (CtB) Governance team is tasked with providing timely, readily available and easily digestible information to our primary business and technology stakeholders (be they internal or external). The provision of such data allows informed decisions to be made and the fulfilment of agreed (regulatory) reporting obligations.

  • Your key responsibilities

    As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

    Programme and Project Portfolio Governance

  • Tracking of project and programme delivery (milestones, risks and issues, dependencies, etc.)
  • Tracking of control processes and results, working with the change community on remediating issues.
  • Maintain close partnership with the Programme Managers, Project Managers and PMO team members.
  • Assist in the improvement and documentation of governance processes.
  • Support on any governance related issues / requests such as audit topics, preparation of presentations
  • Reporting

  • Support the development, testing, implementation and documentation of new reports according to stakeholder requirements.
  • Assist in collection and development of new reporting requirements and reporting formats.
  • Support and investigate ad hoc queries / issues arising from the reporting process.
  • Support the maintenance of reports once launched into production.
  • Support the documentation of current reporting suite and processes.
  • Running of automated reporting solutions and carrying-out of initial triage / troubleshooting, publishing of reports to wider audience.

  • Exposure to SharePoint Online such setup, security principles and general good practic
  • Exposure to reporting tools such as SAP Business Objects (Web Intelligence), Tableau, Qlik and Cognos
  • Exposure to data extraction tools/products such as SQL, Analysis Services & MDX
  • Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (primarily Power Apps & Power Automate)
  • A Project Management Certification or a general good understanding of project related processes and artefacts
