    As a part of theCorporate HR you will be responsible for delivery of a broadgeneralist service while focussing on Talent Development TalentManagement Talent Engagement Performance Management and CulturalIntiatives.

    Talent Acquisition:

    Involve in providing strategic inputs on thehiring plans recruitment budgets sources of recruitment sign off onthe salaries and terms supervise adherence to recruitment profiletimelines and costs.

    PerformanceManagement:

    Oversee the continued roll out of aconsistent performance management process that focuses employeesefforts on the achievement of business goals and attainment ofrequisite skills/competencies to sustain profitablegrowth.

    TalentManagement encompassing: SuccessionPlanning Career planning HIPO Management

    Develop and administer a process whichfocuses on building bench strength to meet current and futurebusiness needs.

    Serveas a resource to recruiting and business partners in theidentification of candidates for criticalroles.

    Conductindividual leadership career and talent assessments as appropriateusing a variety of tools.

    Organizational Development andDesign:

    Identify and analyze organizationeffectiveness opportunities and recommend initiatives that addressglobal and regional opportunities based on businessstrategy.

    OrganizationalLeadership:

    Form collaborative relationships with HumanResources leaders and Business Partners in order to execute talentstrategies and efforts to support the growth/strategic objectivesof the company.

    TalentDevelopment:

    Leadership Development Ensure an ongoingprocess to continuously enhance the knowledge and capability of keytalent in order to enable these managers to effectively lead theorganization toward achievement of strategicinitiatives.

    Conductindividual leadership career and talent assessments as appropriateusing a variety of tools.

    • 12 years of experience in handling the HR from a largeManufacturing conglomerate
    • MBA/ MSW (HR) Fulltime mandatory
