    Staff Assistant 2, 3 – IAM/IGA Support Engineer

    Key Requirements / Responsibilities:

  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in IGA support preferably OIM tool with troubleshooting, ticket triaging, monitoring and SLA mgmt. experience.
  • Must have understanding of IGA, SOD, Role Mining, Delegation Management and Administration, Closed Loop Reconciliation. Access Analysis
  • Partner with managers, role owners and risk partners to resolve detected separation of duty conflicts.
  • Identify outliers in roles based on attribute analysis and roles that may need to be split to adhere to the least privileged access principle.
  • Identify roles that are candidates to be consolidated as the have overlapping entitlements and / or are used by similar groups of users.
  • Create and manage unique delegate assignments for access approvals and access certification
  • Reassign access attestation tasks when delegates are unavailable
  • Understanding of AD, DB and Unix architecture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be a good team player and possess excellent presentation skills
  • Should have a very good understanding of information security concepts with knowledge of IAM solutions and latest trends.
  • Should be able to understand client's business environment.
  • Should have had direct client experience, including working with client teams in an on-site and offshore mode
  • Should have Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating system
  • Education:

  • Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Work Experience:

  • 2-4 Years' Experience
  • Skills Expertise

  • IGA, Access Role, Access Governance, Role Mining, SOD, Access Analytics.
  • Good soft skills , verbal & written communication, technical document writing etc.
  • Prior experience working in remote teams on global scale.
  • Customer orientation skills.
  • Certification:

  • OIM or Any IGA tool Certification (Good to have)
  • ITIL or equivalent (Good to have).
  • Work Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Willingness to work in Night Shifts (EST hrs), Rotational shifts and on call support engineer and work occasional overtime as required.
