    Extensive experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

    The supplier shall provide the first level user support activity , application management, drafting of procedures and technical manuals, project configuration of the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems of GADP SWX.

    The application involved in the ALM will be specified at the engagement level, mail activities and services to be provided :

    Tools advance setup and users full support at global level.

    New process definition and improvement of existing processes.

    Tool customization and reusing existing processes.

    Maintenance and update of existing tools.

    Change management and incident investigation.

    User Training.
