Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a Frontend Developer with more than 2 year of experience or at least 3 projects old. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of web development principles and a passion for creating user-friendly, high-performing web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining high-quality, well-tested UI/UX code,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, and backend engineers, to ensure the successful project implementation
• Updated with the latest frontend technology trends and Identifying areas where existing codes could be optimized and improved,
• Work closely with QA to identify and address any bugs or performance issues and continuously optimize the application's speed through various means such as image compression, minification,
• Assisting in architectural design, code review to ensure quality,
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend projects and manage third-party libraries,
• Participate in identifying top talent and collaborating during interviews and assessments

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development or related field is preferred,
• 2+ years of experience in developing cross-browser, elegant, and efficient frontend applications
• Proficiency in React Native, ReactJS, ExpressJS, VueJS, AngularJS, NextJS JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (Redux toolkit, Flux), However experience in React Native, ReactJS should be a must.
• Hands-on experience in building tools like Webpack and testing tools like Enzyme,
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and experience working with performance test frameworks viz. Mocha or Jest,
• Excellent understanding of UI principles and ability to create clean, maintainable code,
• Ability to debug complex issues and optimize performance,
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
