    About Us:

    TCPL Packaging Limited is a leading manufacturer of printed packaging materials in India, with an annual turnover of Rs 1550 Cr and manufacturing units across the country.

    Job Description:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies specific to the Gravure Cylinder industry.
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various printing processes, flexible packaging operations, carton packaging industries, post-printing operations, and more.
    • Coordinate interdepartmental functions to maximize output, including sales, marketing, prepress, operations, quality control, and related tasks.
    • Ensure excellent clarity for prepress work, with unique visualization to enhance packaging and troubleshooting.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
    • Nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Generate and maintain monthly reports for monitoring progress.
    • Possess the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    Sector Requirements:

    • Experience in cylinder making, inks, and flexible packaging is mandatory.

    Desired Profile:

    • Candidates between 30-40 years old, with prior experience of at least 7-10 years in medium/large companies.
    • Proven experience in marketing for the Gravure Cylinder industry.
    • Analytical skills and good communication are essential for this role.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma in Printing & Packaging Technologies or Graduate/MBA in Marketing.

    Reporting Structure:

    • Factory Head and Head Office Marketing Team.
