• Designation :- Engineer / Senior Engineer & Assistant Manager
• Minimum Qualification :- BE/Diploma in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Mines Manager/2nd Class Mines Manager Competency Certificate
• Essential Skills - 1st Class Mines Manager/2nd Class Mines Manager Competency Certificate issued by DGMS
• Desirable Skills - Knowledge of SAP, WCM, Safety practices at UTCL & Management System like ISO-9001, ISO-14001 & OH SAS-18001.
• Work Experience :- 4-5 years

Duties and Responsibilities of under MMR 1961

• Supervision of Mines Operation.
• Supervision of mining activities. Responsible for safe operations.
• Preparation of daily shift reports & SAP entries.
• To Mines Shift In-Charge to achieve desired Limestone production with proper quality.
• Proficiency in SAP (PP Module), TM-1, and PESO1.
• Safe Limestone production & OB Removal
• Shift manpower Deployment.
• Execute plan by deploying sufficient men & machinery.
• Supply Limestone as per desired quality Parameter
• As shift In-charge allocation of machinery and manpower handling.
• Supervision and management of all mining operation in shift and adherence with Safety and legal requirement
