    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly experienced Frontend React Developer with 10+ years of expertise in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and Next.js.
    • Design and implement reusable UI components with clean and scalable architecture.
    • Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
    • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
    • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences.
    • Maintain high standards of software quality by writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
    • Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and best practices.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 10+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
    • Expertise in React.js, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
    • Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
    • Experience with Next.js, React Query, or similar frameworks.
    • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
    • Familiarity with UI frameworks like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.
    • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
    • Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.
    • Knowledge of build tools such as Web pack, Babel, and Vite.
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

    Good to Have

    • Experience with micro-frontends and modular UI architectures.
    • Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
    • Exposure to Web Assembly, PWAs, or WebRTC.
    • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
