- Master's Degree / MBA from a Premium Institution
- 1-3 years' prior industry related Experience in Sales, BD, Placements, Payroll, Recruitment Services, Space Selling in Job Portals.
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills
- Strong Market knowledge of Tier 1 Companies (start-ups, etc.)
- Sales target oriented - Focused & goal-oriented
- Computer Skills, Customer Service, Presentation, Prospecting & Closing Skills
- Ability to work under pressure & deliver results.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- At par with Industry along with Incentives.
