    Location: Pune

    • Ambitious, young, energetic & target-oriented professional to create & apply an effective business & sales strategy.
    • Develop & create strong relationships with clients to drive sustainable financial growth.
    • Relevant Sales / BD experience in Recruitments / Placements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of Sales & BD
    • Identify Clients to generate Business opportunities.
    • Develop new relationships.
    • Think critically & plan for success.
    • On-board Companies, sign-off & generate job orders.
    • Close Business deals by coordinating requirements; develop & negotiate contracts; and integrate contract requirements with business operations.
    • Maintain client & analyse data
    • Track Sales & Revenue, invoices records etc.

    Qualification:

    • Master's Degree / MBA from a Premium Institution
    • 1-3 years' prior industry related Experience in Sales, BD, Placements, Payroll, Recruitment Services, Space Selling in Job Portals.

    Skills:

    • Strong communication / interpersonal skills
    • Strong Market knowledge of Tier 1 Companies (start-ups, etc.)
    • Sales target oriented - Focused & goal-oriented
    • Computer Skills, Customer Service, Presentation, Prospecting & Closing Skills
    • Ability to work under pressure & deliver results.
    • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
