    Job Summary

    Moris Media, a leader in the PR and digital marketing space, seeks a driven Business Development Manager to expand our moCal brand. You'll drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic growth plans, and actively engaging with clients – especially within the retirement planning sector. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills as a "Digital Doctor," understanding client needs while contributing to the company's success.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential clients and markets for the moCal brand. Network strategically within the retirement planning industry to build relationships and generate new leads.
    • Client Acquisition: Develop and present compelling proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of moCal's services. Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new clients.
    • Strategic Planning: Create and execute business development plans aligned with overall company goals. Analyze market trends and competitive strategies to identify areas for growth and expansion.
    • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and new clients. Focus on understanding their specific needs within retirement planning, offering personalized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
    • Sales Team Support: Collaborate with and support the sales team to provide insights, training, and strategies to optimize their performance and close deals effectively.
    • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to develop lead generation campaigns, sales materials, and targeted messaging to increase brand awareness for moCal.
    • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and report on business development performance to management, suggesting areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    Mandatory Requisites:

    • Laptop/desktop with suitable specifications for work-from-home setup.
    • High-speed internet connection.
    • Proficient in English communication.
    • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
    • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.

    Salary:
