    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced SmartCOMM and SmartIQ Developer to join our technology team within the financial services domain. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in document automation and intelligent forms, particularly in banking, insurance, or capital markets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain robust SmartCOMM templates for regulatory, transactional, and client-facing documents.
    • Create and configure scalable SmartIQ forms and workflows to support digital onboarding, KYC, loan origination, and other financial services processes.
    • Integrate SmartCOMM and SmartIQ with core banking systems, CRMs, CCMs, and document repositories.
    • Collaborate with business analysts, compliance teams, and operations to deliver secure solutions meeting financial industry standards for data privacy and regulatory compliance.
    • Ensure solutions meet stringent requirements for auditability and data governance.
    • Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and participate in UAT cycles.
    • Provide production support and continuous improvement for deployed solutions.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • 3–6 years of IT experience with hands-on expertise in SmartCOMM and SmartIQ, and 1-2 years of CCM experience.
    • Strong understanding of financial services workflows, including client onboarding, policy issuance, and regulatory reporting.
    • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and integration via REST/SOAP APIs.
    • Experience with document composition logic, conditional content, and data mapping.
    • Familiarity with compliance and data governance in financial institutions.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working with Appian Cloud, Temenos, or similar platforms.
    • SmartCOMM and/or SmartIQ certifications.
    • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

    Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification.
