1. Minimum Experience:- 1 to 2 Years.

Skill Required:-

• QMS- IATF 16949 Knowledge.
• EHS (ISO:14001 & ISO: Knowledge.
• SPC, MSA, 7QC TOOLS, 8D, Poke-Yoke, Kaizen, FIFO & 5S Management.
• CPA Form (Flash Report) - Reb bin Analysis
• Process & Product Audit
• Layout Inspection
• Proper handling of instruments & gauges
• Fire & Safety, First Aid
• Team Building
• Communication Skill.

Job Description:-

To inspect the incoming raw materials as per Inspection Plans.

To inspect process parts and final Product as per Inspection plans.

Coordinate inspection reports for submission to customers.

To execute calibration of instruments and gauges.

To conduct process capability studies.

To verify line rejection with production.

To conduct MSA, Product Audit & Layout inspection as per the plan

To address Training needs identification for the Quality team

Ensure generation, execution, and effectiveness of Flash Reports(Internal 8D)
