Overview:

KeyResponsibilities:

• Evaluating patientsmusculoskeletal conditions through physical examinations anddiagnostic imaging
• Developing treatment plansand discussing surgical options withpatients
• Performing orthopedic surgeries suchas joint replacements fracture repairs spinal surgeries andarthroscopic procedures
• Managing postoperativecare and monitoring patients recoveryprogress
• Collaborating with medicalprofessionals to optimize patient care andoutcomes
• Participating in oncall schedules toaddress orthopedic emergencies
• Documentingpatient records and maintaining uptodate electronic medical records(EMR)
• Staying updated with advancements inorthopedic treatments andtechnologies
• Participating in multidisciplinaryteam meetings and case discussions
• Adhering toprofessional and ethical standards in patient care andinteractions

RequiredQualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine(MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)degree
• Completion of an orthopedic surgeryresidency program
• Board certification inorthopedic surgery
• Licensure to practice as anorthopedic surgeon
• Proven experience inperforming a wide range of orthopedic surgicalprocedures
• Proficiency in interpretingdiagnostic imaging such as Xrays MRIs and CTscans
• Comprehensive knowledge ofmusculoskeletal anatomy andphysiology
• Familiarity with orthopedic devicesand implants
• Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
• Ability to workeffectively in a teambased healthcareenvironment
• Excellent decisionmaking andproblemsolving abilities
• Commitment tocontinuous learning and professionaldevelopment
