The Sales Coordinator acts as a key liaison between the field sales team production unit quality and logistics departments ensuring smooth order processing production planning coordination timely dispatches and effective communication to meet customer commitments business objectives in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary coordination point between field sales production quality and dispatch teams
- Receive review process sales orders per customer requirements company policies
- Communicate order specifications quantities delivery timelines special instructions production unit
- Coordinate with production planning ensure timely manufacturing availability materials
- Track order status provide regular updates salesteam customers
- Cordinate product samples trials technical documents MSDS COA specifications
