Hiring for a leading real estate company Shriram Properties

Role: Assistant Manager / Manager

Location: Chennai

Experience: 4 year to 8 years

CTC: Upto 8LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & execute below-the-line marketing strategies & campaigns.

-Plan & coordinate various BTL activities, including but not limited to experiential marketing events, trade shows, product launches, roadshows, activations & promotional

-Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.

-Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

-Marketing Inventory Management Design, develop and ensure all marketing collaterals and kits are in place across all the projects.

-Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels ATL & BTL.

5+ years of experience must be required
