Qualification : B.E

Required Skills & Experience:

• Should have knowledge about Data Management needs of Engineering Industry.
• Should have hands-on experience in Autodesk Vault or any other similar PDM solution implementation.
• Should have working knowledge of PLM solutions and fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Outsourcing / Off-shoring business model.
• Should be willing to work in Pune.
• Should have Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong business acumen and attention to detail.
• Should be flexible with working hours, to support global business.
• Work Experience on international projects will be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Market Research, Competitor/Industry Benchmarking and identifying growth sectors. Analyze data, create insightful reports, and prepare presentations for Senior Management.
• Understand Neilsoft's Data Management offerings in relation to the Digital Transformation needs of Engineering Industry to identify opportunities.
• Prepare Data Management, Collaboration and Business System Integration offerings.
• Train and mentor team members to develop technical skills and competencies.
• Work closely with senior sales professionals to provide necessary support through various stages of sales cycle and help close deals.
• Prepare end to end detailed flow diagrams for To-Be business process as part of solutioning.
• Work closely with Senior Management and concerned stakeholders in implementing various best practices & improvement measures translating to higher levels of customer satisfaction & overall growth of the company.
